Atlanta Miniature Society's 31'st Anniversary

Stopped by the show,It is the first one for us.There was a great bunch of people to meet and we had a great time.This was a very diverse group that collectively had enough information and expertise to literally help me fill in the blanks about  anything I needed to know.
There was a fantastic exhibit  with awesome pieces on display from some of the vendors and artist at the show.

Being able to see these very detailed works of art face to face was really exciting.One of our favorite pieces is by J P Sligh. entitled -The Witch's Kitchen.It was so detailed with so much to look at.This is very inspiring  and mostly if not all handmade.Loved the show.Such an educational experience and so much tremendous craftsmanship and artistry in one place.

17 + room 1 inch scale dollhouse

More  on the progress of the house.She's going to be big.I know that for some people who do not have the room for large furniture sized mini mansions this would be way too much,but for whatever reason I decided to start big.Still have to put the roof on and the We can bring her inside to make the pretty up on her.

Creepy Dollhouse

In the process of adding the second floor.It really is starting to look interesting-looking through the windows and imagining what could be going on in there.I like this floor plan-lots of room and functionality.This seems to work for me because it is all coming from my head,not working from any plans other than the one in my mind and a basic floor layout on some graph paper.
